Higher Vibrations of Truth Amid Chaos

I was really pondering what message I could bring out to help anyone whose gaze may land on these words in relation to the state of affairs of our world. We are amidst a great time of change as wars are waged, protests are global, and truths are being uncovered on an almost hourly basis. The collective is waking from a long, low vibrational & nightmarish slumber and the pace is picking up rapidly. The same old paradigm/status quo truly doesn’t fit anymore and yet the low frequency energy is thrashing about and seeking to keep a stronghold on us through fear and hatred. Within all of that chaos we each have choice in how we handle ourselves and what effect we will have on the collective outcome in the matrix.

The Cosmic WebI view consciousness as a cosmic web in a sense and we are all components of the great cosmic web of creation, and each of us is a tiny part of the web. Whatever affects a part of the web, affects all of the web. How do we as a collective want our web to be? War, racism, fear and hatred are quite low in vibration and spread darkness over the very threads of our web. The same would be said for chemtrails that spray poisons in our skies, genetically altered crops and other forms of environmental destruction. We cannot hide on our part of the web and think that we can remain unaffected by something on the opposite side of the web (planet) and the current events are clearly indicating this to us. So how can we be mindful of our personal responsibility, be aware of what is happening on all parts of the web and effect positive change into the matrix while keeping our sanity? Ok maybe not keeping our sanity all the way intact! HAHA

The world wide web (our internet) is a direct reflection and creation of our collective consciousness and look what we see there on a daily basis. I feel the internet and social media in particular operate much in the same way that the cosmic web of creation operates. Here is where I am going to bring up some uncomfortable points for some of those who call themselves “lightworkers.” What do you think the “light” is in lightworker? Is it not there to shine bright light in dark places so it can be clearly identified and healed? Is it not also so we can see the ugly truth that we have all been hiding from for eons of time? Did you incarnate on this planet during this important time to only sprinkle sparkle dust or did you not come here for the real grit? How do you then get that job done when you won’t speak up or take an action because you only focus on light things and think good thoughts? If we don’t want to look at things or speak up then perhaps we are fearing our own shadow? Why are so many of you afraid to point your light at darkness and speak truth to it? When someone posts fear and darkness on our world wide & cosmic web in the form of anti-Muslim remarks, anti-LGBTQ, or any other fear based thought forms that filthy up our web, can we not point our light and say, “look how dirty that S#&T is. Let’s assemble a cleaning crew and get that crap dealt with? Who brought the all purpose cleaner and who has the polishing cloth?” Not afraid

Do you know what LOVE is? We can all think of happy and kind ways to define love, which are true but again, not everyone wants to address the uncomfortable parts of love. Sometimes love comes in the form of a truth we don’t want to hear and can kick us in the teeth. Think of the child who steals something and their parent makes them return a stolen item and face the consequence of their action. Does the parent do this out of some bizarre sense of entertainment? Does the child enjoy it? Not likely, but most of us would agree that the parent is acting in a loving way (they want their offspring to keep their part of the cosmic web in clean order) and the child will eventually understand and appreciate how much their parent loved them by helping to learn such a valuable lesson. Is it easy for that parent and child to experience? Probably not. Is it love? You bet! How would this same situation unfold if the parent refused to acknowledge the child’s action because it would mean the thinking of a negative thought or having to experience an uncomfortable vibration and they are much too sensitive for that? Besides that, this discomfort might mess up your focus on your manifestation you’ve been working so diligently to keep your vibration high for. I’m sure you are getting where I’m going with it by this time?

what would love do nowI was asked, “What would love do” when directly dealing with someone (a member of our human family) who was making extremely hurtful comments on social media by suggesting ISIS exists because Muslims allow it, and that their religion promotes this type of activity and all Muslims are satanists, which was clearly a fear based opinion with no actual fact to back it up This is the type of darkness that if left to run rampant will spread disease throughout the cosmic web of consciousness. I felt those low vibrational words, concepts, and thought forms spreading darkness on the web that I live on too. This kind of hate spreading will stop when we all decide to adopt a spiritual zero tolerance policy! Was it comfortable for me to shine a bright light in a dark corner and address this? Not really, but imagine if every time someone posted darkness on our web, we responded with the light of truth. That is what I did and that is what love does I address it as it pops up in my view but don’t go searching for it. Truth in the purest sense (aka light/love) can cut our egos down like a swift moving sword and can also reveal the amazing truth of who we all are when the inauthentic parts have fallen, which is ultimate divinity in the cosmic web of creation. We are god in human form trying to remember the way home.

We do have the power to effect an enormous amount of change and light up our collective cosmic web with nourishing, high vibrational energy for all AND tackle the “big bad wolf” that is wanting to eat our joy. Have you noticed what happens to you in a moment of laughter? How about when listening to a song that just makes you want to burst out and sing into your soup ladle and dance like nobody is watching? Can you shine your light in the darkest of corners, get on your knees to scrub it thoroughly, and then fill the space with laughter, joy, and music? The journey always starts by turning your light inward. Clean your closets and exercise spiritual responsibility on the web. Are we not lightworkers, truthworkers, spiritual warriors that came here to clean up the biggest, baddest mess of the ages, us? We did come equipped with the best cleaning tools you know!! We can turn up the high vibration music and dance our way through the process with joy if we choose. How is that for some magic web solutions?

Juicy Astrological Alignments

Yes, you heard that right!! This is going to be juicy!! Today (Jan 21st 2015) marks the first day of a 3 week Mercury Retrograde period. (Retrograde means the planet will appear to be moving backwards in relation to the orbit of Earth and the effects of that planet on us will also change)This time Mercury (planet of communications) will retrograde in Aquarius, while Jupiter (planet of expansion and abundance) is continuing its retrograde motion through Leo. These signs are at opposite sides of the astrology wheel and are challenging us to look at ourselves at a core level in order to transform some of our deepest fears, blocks, and emotional patterns. Aquarius represents air, mental realms, intelligence and the mind, and Leo represents the heart, emotion, passion and fire. How does your head operate in relation to your heart? What patterns are you carrying that you haven’t dealt with? These juicy alignments will certainly show you! Adding to that, numerologically  speaking, we are under the influence of an 8 Universal Year (2+0+1+5=8), which has an amplifying effect on our manifestations, thoughts, emotions, patterns, etc…. What we have been avoiding within our shadow side on a personal and the collective level will become crystal clear as the coming weeks pass.

How do we make the most of this time for our personal transformation? Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions as a compass that guides you.  What situations are unfolding for you? Have you experienced similar situations, thoughts, emotions? Do you continually find yourself in the same situations despite having changes in friends and groups you affiliate with? Are you having a hard time moving through anger or grief? Perhaps trust issues are coming up?

I’m going to share a personal example to give you an idea of what I am talking about. I felt this retrograde coming before it arrived, as I am sure many of you did.  I had a situation come up just prior to today that left me feeling hurt, angry, and resentful. My ego was having a field day with it too!! LOL It didn’t seem to matter how much I tried to let it go with positive affirmations to move on, it was still really nagging me. I knew there was a deep pattern here for me and the players involved were simply reflecting back to me what I believed to be true about myself through their actions/behaviours. I knew this was a huge gift as I had an opportunity to deeply transform something in a more permanent and lasting way. I did not shy away from it. Instead I did some journaling (thanks to an intuitive message from my friend, Gwenn about revisiting my journal) and really went deeply into the issue. I explored previous situations when I felt that way, was treated that way, and simply kept walking it back in time to my early youth. I engaged Richard in my explorations and we talked about the current players and how strikingly similar they were to players in my past.

It took courage to go within and face whatever was there, but I was dedicated to my personal transformation. Luckily I have the tools to work through such things. Richard and I applied the same skills and tools that we use with our clients and I was able to understand the deeper root of the issues at hand and transform the pattern. This is why I say these planetary alignments are juicy!! The universe is poised to encourage our evolution and growth through astrological influences that highlight particular areas of our lives. I would say right now the universe is strongly encouraging deep explorations. It is a process of personal spiritual alchemy and we are turning ourselves (hearts and minds) into gold in the universal laboratory. I am so excited to see what awaits for the rest of rest of the year after our big transformations. I have a feeling it is going to be a beautiful fabric that we are collectively weaving!!

The Courage To Gaze Deeply In The Relationship Mirror

February is almost over and so is that Mercury Retrograde. I know many who will be happy about that one! In the last issue I began speaking about using the retrograde influence to re-evaluate, re-view, re-visit past, re-write future, re-create, and re-invent the self. It’s a great time of reflection on what works and what doesn’t to make room for positive change. Lucky for all of us that we had Valentine`s Day land right in the center of our retrograde so we could highlight aspects of love and romance. I can’t think of a better way to re-evaluate our perspectives on what love is and how we feel about relationships than to experience ourselves through another. “Ànother” can be a family member, friend, neighbour, etc… The closer the relationship, the deeper we are being invited into ourselves. Are you brave enough to gaze into the relationship mirror and recognize that all people, circumstances, and events are simply reflecting you to yourself? Your life is not happening to you, it is a projection and direct reflection of where you are at in your journey. Do you like what you see?

I am acutely aware that Richard, my beloved, shows to me on a regular basis where my unhealed wounds are deeply hidden, as romantic relationships all do. I can experience what is whole and blissful just the same. The key here is to be courageous enough to know that all emotional triggers are mine and are simply showing me where I need to work or where I am in harmony.

Our workplace relationships, social circles, parent/child relationships, and interactions with store clerks and telephone solicitors can show us who we are in any given moment. I invite you to take part in an exploration for even a couple of days. Do you have the courage to gaze deeply in the relationship mirror? Try experiencing your interactions as if everyone is holding a mirror up in front of your face to show you something about yourself. What are you learning? How does it feel?  Who have you attracted into your experience and why?

NOTE: This is a very sensitive message and I am bold enough to bring some very difficult subject matter up with some witty humour for the collective to ponder. I too am working my way through with healing. May we all find our deepest truth and move gracefully through chaotic, yet magical times.

Greetings All !!

WOW!! Have I got a powerful message to share today, and I’ve been pondering how to even express it. Likely the best way is to just allow it to flow, which is difficult because there’s a huge force working to channel through me and spread a very important message for these chaotic times in our evolution and awakening. What is that huge force? It’s my own Higher Self that has been sounding the alarm clock to say its time to wake up to who I am and what I am even doing here on this planet!! I’ve jumped out of bed and I’m now awake.

I realize that what I am about to do will NOT make me popular with parts of the new age movement or religious institutions, and may even have some people’s heads spinning around and spitting up pea soup in my direction (couldn’t resist that one ). I’m not here to win a popularity contest, I am here to live and be my truth and share that process of empowerment with others on a similar path. I am even going to admit to and share my own journey of spiritual ego adventures in this and future messages to assist those who are seeking their true nature. I have done my fair share of trying to show that I have better guides than yours, and my assortment of pretty guide colours and sparkles are more special than yours! Hahahahaha!!! HOLY CRAP!!! (A new high fiber cereal on the market) Maybe it’s time we have a bowl and start a new spiritual movement J Read on!

The last several months when I’ve been channelling my guides, I’ve been sensing something different. My guides feel different and I was having difficulty in defining what that was about…..that is until I woke up this morning and the message that came through is that the “guides” I have started experiencing were actually higher aspects of me. I have begun channelling the most powerful being for MY own journey…..ME! What a humbling realization!  I channel me for me, and I want to share how to channel you for you.

Yesterday I went to have lunch with a dear friend, Shirley, who brought out a new deck of tarot cards to show me. The afternoon became a mini workshop on reading tarot cards, where I taught Shirley the significance of the symbols in tarot and how they are basically a roadmap for our spiritual evolution and personal development and how we can all learn to find our own answers and healing along the way. Basically I told her that tarot is a key to unlock everything we need in our own journey, and to help us realize that absolutely everything we need already exists inside of us. How empowering is that!!?? I give much thanksgiving to Shirley for reminding me that we need not look outside of ourselves for anything. (I have been working with 6 important words as a template to live by. They are confident, living, truth, thanksgiving, unity, and grace. Now here is how I’ve been applying them to my life. When I awaken in the morning and when I go to sleep at night, I set the intention for my Higher Self to guide me to be confident in really living my truth with thanksgiving and grace, so that I may experience unity within self.)

This all brings me to the most important piece in this message, and the one that will draw much ire from many mystics, healers and their guides. There are so many benevolent beings out there waiting for us to wake up fully, and there are those that feed on our insecurities of perhaps missing the ascension and being left behind, which in religious terms would be the equivalent to not getting into heaven. How many “healers” out there are selling a “special fix” of something that they, or only a select few of people on the planet are gifted with to assist with ascension? I’ve seen everything from now from bubbles of protection, various sacred geometry patterns, colours, light codes, keys to portals, ancient template transmissions, DNA activations, special sounds (tuning forks and magic tones) and removal of old patterns to name a few that have drawn my attention lately. Think about this folks!! I invite you all to explore the possibility of who might be gifting these people with such special powers? And for those who accept such special gifts from beings who whisper into your ears, I invite you to explore why you even need a higher being to come down from the heavens and gift you with something profound that only you, or only the chosen few are able to share with everyone for the low, low price of $$$. WHAT????  Spirituality has become that commercialized that it now looks like a cheesy infomercial? Don’t even get me started on the multi level marketing scams that have hit the new age/spiritual scene with promises of great abundance, health, and happiness if you sign up 10 friends or more!

To be clear, I am all for appropriate energy exchange for the many legit, hard working, spiritual healers who give of themselves to empower others to awaken. I just think that the growing number of those with “very special powers” for a price is feeding on the fear energy.

Are we not intended to come fully into our own truth and power in this process and realize that we are what we have been waiting for? How about we wake up to the fact that we can all tune in to and merge with our higher self and receive the healing, messages, shapes, sounds, colours, and lights for ourselves? Who was there to help Jesus or Buddah or any others get their special things for ascension? I believe that we may on occasion need some assistance from each other to get us there, but we do all truly need to do the bulk of it ourselves. The magic spirit download packet pill may not really exist. The empowering journey unfolds when we become our own prophets and healers and stop looking “out there” for our solutions. We are ALL such spectacular spirits having this human experience and I know in my heart that no one gets left behind if they don’t sign up for external solutions, and what about the poor who can’t afford it? And on that note, I finish by stating that I now dedicate my journey to assisting those who wish to explore that truth within themselves!! Thursday night’s meditation (July 7th) will focus on tuning into our true selves without the external bells and whistles and see where our healing goes? ACCESSING YOUR INNER PROPHET

Greetings All !!

Let’s start with a quote by the Dalai Lama that seems to somewhat reflect my feelings and attitudes these days.

First let me say that I was blown away by the huge response to last week’s article, “BEWARE THE FALSE PROPHET.” I had a hard time catching up to the email replies and facebook comments and I was even more surprised by the numbers of people who read that and felt compelled to come to the guided meditation right after.  The teleconference option was well attended too!! I am going to continue to offer that as long as I do guided meditations and groups.

My intention behind the meditation is to go within my own sacred space, my inner temple where my inner prophet/healer/wise one lives, to access what I need from there. That is precisely what we worked on collectively during the July 7th circle with some really wonderful results, which I will speak of in a moment.

I truly believe that we can integrate our higher selves more fully into our physical bodies and also fine tune our intuitive perceptions so we can clearly see what it is that is needed to navigate our way through the 2012 shift. These are definitely the times to be focussed on our spiritual journey with the utmost of discernment of what is presented to us. I have never seen so many “solutions” and “miracle fixes” to help us ascend, or differing and often times conflicting messages from channels and their guides. So how do we figure out what is appropriate for us and what isn’t within this seeming chaos? There are so many “trickster beings” hanging about, cleverly disguised and many of the spiritual healers/teachers etc… only need a little ego snag to get hooked on, which opens the doorway to all kinds of very tempting potentials of being “special” and having “gifts” that very few or none of the rest of the population has.

Please do remember that there are many very beautiful and gifted spiritual healers, teachers, and intuitive readers, who are truly in service and walk a path of integrity and truth. I am hoping to share some tips on discerning the genuine from the others.

The first step in discerning is to stop, breathe, meditate, and really get in touch with your higher self first. When you have fine tuned that connection in conjunction with your connection to Spirit/Source/God/I AM, then your ability to see things with clarity is heightened significantly. In last week’s meditation we asked any guides in attendance to stand back and observe while we accessed our own healing, messages, akashic records, or whatever each individual needed in that moment. It was nice to connect with only ourselves, not to mention empowering!!

One of the participants last week, Brenda Brooks, had a profound meditation experience that she has allowed me to share with all of you. During meditation we had invited a further merging of our Higher Selves into our bodies, which was a very powerful experience, when Brenda reported feeling a heavy dark energy that had been bothering her for quite a while move out through her head with a big pop! She said it had cleared and she felt herself full of light. She also felt about 100 pounds lighter afterward and still feels that way today. Brenda had a very powerful self-healing experience that came in through her own Higher Self. Go Brenda!! She must have had a big bowl of that new cereal, Holy Crap, for that spiritual movement!! (And yes, that really is a new organic breakfast cereal. Excellent marketing that we will never forget.)

Let’s touch base on a few other tips that I have personally found helpful when seeking services from others, but please remember that these are my ideas only and need not be your truth, unless it feels appropriate. As a service provider I too seek assistance from colleagues on occasion.

1. If someone approaches and says they have a message for you from spirit that you have not asked for, or tells you that you “have to do something.” Perhaps they tell you what your truth is? Higher Beings usually wait to be asked.

2. A service someone is offering includes a download, template, activation, etc…that they are going to place in your field. That is what we call an implant!! (energetic or otherwise).  These are usually people who believe they are the “special” or “chosen ones” for the saving of humanity. These implants (if they are even real) exist outside of you. Do you really believe you have been created so imperfect that you need someone else to do the job on spirit’s behalf?

3. A person attempting to do anything in point number 2 without you asking for it.

4. A reader or healer tells you its time for a reading or healing session and wants you to book an appointment. You can determine the right timing and right person to make an appointment for yourself!

5. A healer who has so many gadgets, gizmos, machines, and toys to work on you with. In my opinion, you find spirit and healing within and not without. Some of these items are ok and can be helpful, but be aware of the distraction of dazzling colours, noises, etc… that come with this.

These are just some ideas and some areas I have been caught up in through the journey, as I’ve learned much through trial and error.
